The government is launching a microcredit "clean vehicles", intended for very modest households to help them buy a less polluting car.
Good news, the government is implementing new aid to allow low -income households to access less polluting vehicles. It is a microcredit intended for the most modest people, who are facing financing difficulties.
The government stresses that "their reimbursement capacities are deemed sufficient", but they "do not have access to credits distributed by conventional banking networks".The amount of the credit is adapted to income and can amount to € 5,000, with a reimbursement over a maximum of five years.Credit is guaranteed 50 % by the State. The process is carried out with a social support service.
Vehicles that can be purchased with this microcredit are the same as for the conversion bonus. They can be new or used, purchased or taken in LLD/LOA.There are :
And this device is added to the aid for purchase already in place.By combining all the aids, the rest at the expense can be strongly lowered, with in particular up to € 7,000 in bonuses and € 5,000 of scratch bonus. The amounts of bonuses and scrap premiums can be advanced by the micro-credit organization.
An example given by the government:
Pierre has a 2005 Renault Clio Essence. He buys a used Renault Zoé at € 9,000 and puts his old vehicle back.It benefits from assistance in purchasing an amount of € 6,000: € 1,000 in ecological bonuses and € 5,000 of conversion premium.
For the € 3000 that remains, Pierre benefits from clean vehicle microcredit and therefore has no financial lead for the acquisition of his new vehicle. The reimbursement of microcredit will be spread over a predefined period of up to 5 years.
