Face à cet homme au casier vierge, le président a souligné : ""Vous avez tout d’un bon citoyen à part que vous vous promenez la nuit en 4x4 avec une sangle"". Pour le ministère public, qui avait requis quatre mois de prison avec sursis, la motivation du prévenu ""n'est pas claire"".
The man was found guilty.He received two months suspended prison sentence and € 500 fine.
