The Audi Bauer group is opening the first French branch in the Paris region specializing in the historic vehicles of the brand with the rings.
Audi clearly does not have the history and prestige of a Mercedes-style heritage, but time is passing, and the fleet of old vehicles is growing. Precisely, one of the largest French distributors for the brand with the rings, Audi Bauer Paris, announces the creation of the first French center dedicated to the restoration and sale of Audi heritage cars, including from older periods (NSU) : Audi Tradition.
Precisely, this center, installed in the Audi Terminal in Roissy, opens the ball with the presentation of an Audi NSU Ro 80 in its center in Roissy. The particularity of this car is its 1.0 rotary engine, commonly produced by NSU and Citroën. A car also elected "car of the year" in 1968.
An A1 Quattro, an R8 V8, an RS2 Avant and a Coupé 100 S are currently in the workshops for display and restoration. Audi Tradition remains for the moment a skill centered on Ile-de-France, but the device could well seduce other distributors.
