There are already a few Supercharger terminals for Tesla owners around the Nürburgring circuit. The brand has just installed additional ones, which appear to be V3 versions.
Those who want to enjoy their Tesla on the Nürburgring circuit can already do so, since there are two stations around the Nürburgring: a classic "Destination Charge", and another directly on the circuit. During the Christmas holidays, the American manufacturer was caught installing new terminals, this time in version V3. The big difference is that there is no longer power sharing on the same terminal: each owner benefits from the maximum power of 250 kW.
In concrete terms, this means that a Model 3 driver who would almost empty his battery on the circuit could recharge in a quarter of an hour, to set off again for a new session. It should however be remembered that batteries, despite increasingly sophisticated temperature management systems, do not like prolonged very high temperatures. Chaining laps of the Nürburgring at full speed then connecting your car to an ultra-fast terminal is therefore not an operation to be repeated too often.
For the other electrics, you will have to travel miles before finding an Ionity station, equivalent or even superior to the Supercharger V3 in terms of power. The nearest station is 25 km away.
