Bugatti annonce l'arrivée d'un programme d'entretien baptisé ""Passeport tranquillité"", qui prévoit des entretiens annuels sur deux ou quatre ans selon le passeport choisi.This in order to guarantee the monitoring of the car and to maintain, too, the residual value.
You can imagine that we do not lead a car like a Bugatti anywhere at the time of maintenance.This need to find centers approved by the parent company, with practice interventions and to have access to all the computer data.But once the warranty is expired, there is a new formula for the purchase offered by Bugatti: the tranquility passport, transferable to the resale of the vehicle, and therefore independent of the vehicle owner.
Available on Veyron and Chiron, the tranquility passport is available in two years and four years version, with an alternation of maintenance: one year with a conventional interview of an effective duration of 14 hours, and another deeper of a duration of32 hours on the Veyron.For the Chiron, it consists of an annual interview of 2 p.m. and another, every four years, of 72 hours, an immobilization of the car a full week.
In addition, Bugatti offers two types of programs, in addition to the duration: active and collector.The first is for those who frequently use their Bugatti, and the second is suitable for those who store the car and who ride very little, namely less than 200 km per year!
And for the unlucky ones who would encounter a mechanical problem, Bugatti offers in addition a very high -end breakdown service: ""In the unlikely case where a veyron or a chiron would have a mechanical problem, Bugatti also plans, for the future, as thecustomer may request, on simple call, the transport of his vehicle to an authorized Bugatti maintenance partner.This service will be available every day of the week, 24 hours a day and around the world.This premium breakdown service will be offered exclusively to Bugatti owners and will offer the customer the possibility of continuing their trip, while its veyron or chiron will be received by the maintenance partner.""
First deployed in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, this service will then be available in the United States during the year.
