The line is, not surprisingly, without surprise, but it promises not only a considerably more generous trunk but also increased rear habitability. What justify the increase of almost € 1,900 compared to the sedan?
Premières impressionsUnsurprisingly, the Golf SW behaves exactly like the sedan, being balanced and stable, two qualities that we are happy to have during a day on snow -capped and/or icy roads. The little 1.0 ETSI of 110 hp shows an amazing punch for its size, well helped by microhybridization and the DSG box fast and reactive.Going from the station wagon to break, we go from 380 to 611 liters of loading volume, from a figure in the average to one of the best in the category. But that's not all since the 50 mm extension of the wheelbase brings additional space to the rear.
